Practical Details
How enrolment and payments work.
Minimum booking
A minimum of two booked days each week supports continuity, secure relationships and a settled rhythm.
Payment timing
Fees are processed by direct debit two weeks before attendance, with invoices generally issued beforehand.
Sign in and out
Families use the foyer tablet each day. Accurate attendance records support safety and CCS.
Sibling discount
A 10% sibling discount may apply to the lower-fee sibling account. Please ask us to confirm eligibility.
3-Day Guarantee
More consistency when your child is ready for it.
For eligible new enrolments, Kelvin may be able to guarantee three regular days each week, subject to room availability, age-group capacity and written confirmation from the centre.
