Professional practice
How our team works.
Our educators reflect together and use children’s ideas, wellbeing and relationships to guide meaningful learning.
Warm & responsive
Educators notice children’s cues and respond with patience and respect.
Intentional
We plan environments and interactions that extend curiosity, confidence and capability.
Consistent
Familiar relationships and calm routines help children feel secure and known.
Family-connected
Family knowledge and feedback guide each child’s care and learning.
Child safety
Every adult shares responsibility.
Recruitment, induction, supervision, reporting and daily decisions are shaped by our commitment to children’s safety and wellbeing.
Our Four-Eye Supervision practice is designed so an educator is not isolated one-to-one with a child, including during nappy changes and personal care.
Meet us in person
Come and say hello.
A tour is the best way to meet our educators and see how the team supports children each day.
